Load finding

Your boards, our brokers, your lanes.

02

Rate negotiation

Brokers open low. We push.

03

Broker vetting

Credit and pay history checked first.

04

Reload planning

Next load planned before you deliver.

05

Lane and home-time planning

06

Steadier freight

Recurring lanes, booked in your name.

The details
Load finding
We work the load boards on your account from early morning, plus the brokers we already know, for freight on the lanes you actually want to run.
Rate negotiation
Brokers open low. We know roughly what the lane has been paying before we pick up the phone, and we push for the number it should be.
Broker vetting
Credit score, days-to-pay and our own history with them, checked before the rate. A high rate from a broker who doesn't pay is the most expensive load on the board.
Reload planning
We plan your next load before you deliver this one, so an empty run is a decision we made on purpose, not an accident.
Lane and home-time planning
Tell us when you need to be home. We plan the week backwards from that date instead of hoping the last load lands near your driveway.
Steadier freight
Where we can find them, recurring lanes and direct shippers, booked in your name, so every Monday doesn't start from zero.
Paperwork and the border

The part that used to eat your evenings.

01

Carrier packets and broker setup

Done once per broker, kept current.

02

Rate confirmations, read line by line

Where bad loads hide. We read it all.

03

Border documents

PARS, PAPS and eManifests before the booth.

04

Renewal reminders

Flagged early. You renew, we remind.

The details
Carrier packets and broker setup
Your authority, insurance certificate and tax forms to every new broker, done once per broker and kept current.
Rate confirmations, read line by line
Rate, accessorials, appointment windows, penalties, and anything that doesn't match what was agreed on the phone. Bad loads hide in the rate con.
Border documents
PARS and PAPS, and your ACE and ACI eManifests on cross-border loads, coordinated with the shipper's customs broker before you reach the booth.
Renewal reminders
Insurance certificates, permits and registrations that are about to lapse, flagged before a broker rejects you for them. You confirm and renew; we remind.
While you're driving

Your phone stays quiet. The broker still hears from us.

01

Check calls to brokers

Brokers get updates. Your phone stays quiet.

02

Dispatch details

Everything for the load, in one message.

03

When plans change

We make the call and re-plan.

The details
Check calls to brokers
Brokers want in-transit updates. You keep us posted, or share your tracking link, and we handle the broker so you're not answering calls at 60 miles an hour.
Dispatch details
Pickup and delivery addresses, reference numbers, contacts and appointment times, sent to you in one message, with anything unusual about the shipper flagged.
When plans change
A pickup runs late or an appointment moves. We're the ones on the phone with the broker and re-planning the next load around it.
Getting paid

The load isn't finished until the money lands.

01

Factoring paperwork

Docs to your factor. We never touch the money.

02

Chasing PODs

Chased the same day, not next month.

03

Weekly earnings report

Every truck, every week, one page.

The details
Factoring paperwork
If you factor, the rate con, bill of lading and proof of delivery go to your factoring company the day the load delivers. We don't provide factoring, and we never touch the money.
Chasing PODs
A missing proof of delivery holds up your pay. We chase it the same day instead of finding out a month later.
Weekly earnings report
Every week, for every truck: loads, loaded and empty miles, rate per mile, gross, and our fee. Your week on one page, in USD and CAD kept separate.
Profit Desk · free with dispatch

We don't just book the loads. We show you what they made you.

Cost per mile, profit per load and a money plan. Free with dispatch.

The details

Every dispatch client gets the Profit Desk at no extra cost: your real cost per mile, profit per load, a weekly money plan and a monthly review of your best and worst lanes and brokers. Not a client yet? Start with a free Truck Profit Check.

Questions carriers ask

Answered straight.

What do your dispatch services cost?

5–10% of your linehaul depending on the load, 7% on most loads, and never anything on a fuel surcharge line or extras like detention (an all-in rate counts as linehaul). You see our fee on every load before you say yes. No setup fee, and no load means no fee. Everything on this page comes with it, including the paperwork, the check calls, the weekly report and the Profit Desk. There's no separate fee for any of them.

Do I need my own load board subscription?

Usually, yes. Load boards license access to the carrier, not the dispatcher, so we work on your DAT, Truckstop or Loadlink account. If you don't have one yet, we'll tell you which one fits your lanes before you pay for it.

Which equipment do you dispatch?

Dry van, reefer, flatbed and step deck, power only, hotshot and box trucks, for owner-operators and small fleets.

Do I have to use every service?

No. If you already handle your own factoring paperwork or you'd rather do your own check calls, tell us at setup. You still pay the same percentage, so there's no reason not to let us take it off you.

Do you dispatch hazmat loads?

Yes, but only for carriers that hold every registration, training record and insurance endorsement the load needs. You confirm that in writing before we book your first hazmat load.
