Small fleet dispatch

Small fleet truck dispatch.

Every truck loaded. One desk. A report for each truck.

Once you run more than one truck, the job changes. It's not just finding a load any more. It's keeping every truck loaded at the same time, and knowing which of them actually makes you money.

Owner-operators & small fleets · No long contracts

What changes with more trucks

A second truck isn't twice the work. It's a different job.

01

Every truck, every day

No truck left sitting in the yard.

02

The fleet as a whole

Reloads planned across all your trucks.

03

Each driver's rules

A sheet for every truck and driver.

04

One desk for everything

Drivers get details. You see it all.

The details
Every truck, every day
A truck sitting in the yard costs you almost as much as one running. We plan all of them, not just the one whose driver called first.
The fleet as a whole
Two trucks delivering near the same city is an opportunity, not a coincidence. We look for freight that fits both instead of booking them against each other.
Each driver's rules
Home time, lanes they won't run, the hours they have left. We keep a sheet per truck and per driver, so truck two isn't dispatched like truck one.
One desk for everything
You deal with one dispatch desk. Your drivers get their load details straight from us, and you see every load on every truck.
What you get as the owner

The numbers you'd have to build yourself.

01

Weekly report, per truck

Which truck had a bad week, and why.

02

Monthly profit review

Best and worst trucks, lanes and brokers.

03

Paperwork in one place

Every load's documents, organized.

04

Renewals across the fleet

Every unit flagged before it lapses.

The details
Weekly report, per truck
Loads, loaded and empty miles, rate per mile, gross and our fee, truck by truck, every week. You see at a glance which truck had a bad week and why.
Monthly profit review
Part of the Profit Desk: which trucks, lanes and brokers make you money and which ones quietly cost you. The decisions are yours; we just put the numbers in front of you.
Paperwork in one place
Carrier packets, insurance certificates, rate cons and PODs for every load on every truck, organized so billing or factoring isn't a Friday-night job.
Renewals across the fleet
Insurance, permits and registrations on every unit, flagged before they lapse, not after a broker turns you down.
What stays with you

Your company, your drivers, your money.

Your drivers, their logs and hours: yours.

Your authority and insurance, your name.

Your money, paid straight to you.

Your yes or no on every load.

The details
  • We run the desk. Some things should never leave the owner's hands, and with us they don't.
  • Your drivers are yours. Hiring, pay, logs and hours-of-service compliance stay with you and your drivers. We plan loads around the hours your drivers tell us they have; we don't manage their logs.
  • Your authority and your insurance. Every load is booked in your company's name, never ours.
  • Your money. Brokers pay you, or your factoring company, directly. We invoice our fee separately and we never sit in the middle.
  • Your yes or no. Every load is offered, never forced. You or your driver decide.

Questions carriers ask

Answered straight.

How many trucks counts as a small fleet?

Roughly two to ten. Past that most fleets are better off with a dispatcher of their own in the building, and we'll tell you honestly when you've reached that point.

Do you charge per truck?

The same way we charge an owner-operator: a percentage of each truck's linehaul (5–10% depending on the load, 7% on most), never on a fuel surcharge line or extras. Fleets of 3 or more trucks get 1% off every load. A truck that doesn't run doesn't cost you a dispatch fee. A flat weekly plan is available on request.

Can my drivers call you directly?

Yes. Most fleets want drivers to get load details straight from us and call us when something goes wrong, while the owner sees everything. We'll set it up the way you run your company.

We run a mix of equipment. Is that a problem?

No. Plenty of small fleets run a couple of vans, a reefer and a flatbed. Each truck gets dispatched for what it pulls.
