Truck dispatch for new authorities.
Brokers won't book you yet? We know the ones who will.

The first months with a fresh authority are the hardest ones to book. A lot of brokers won't touch a new carrier. That is exactly when a dispatcher earns the percentage.
Owner-operators & small fleets · No long contracts
Half the board isn't open to you yet.
Many brokers won't load a brand-new authority. We know the ones that will.
Why it matters
Plenty of brokers set a minimum age for your authority before they'll load you, or want a track record you don't have yet. So a lot of the freight you see on the board isn't really available to you. New carriers in that spot usually either sit, or take whatever the few willing brokers offer, which is how a new authority starts out losing money.
Get you booked, get you paid, and build the record.
Find the brokers who say yes
We know who onboards new carriers.
Setups done right the first time
One wrong detail bounces a packet.
Build your record
On-time loads open up the board.
Keep you away from fraud
The broker is checked before you haul.
Price it against your real costs
Starting out shouldn't mean hauling at a loss.
The details
- Find the brokers who say yes
- We keep track of which brokers onboard new authorities and which don't, so you're not losing days to setups that go nowhere.
- Setups done right the first time
- Authority, insurance certificate and tax forms, complete and consistent. A packet with one mismatched name gets bounced, and a new carrier can't afford the delay.
- Build your record
- Steady, on-time loads with brokers who'll use you again. That record is what opens up the rest of the board.
- Keep you away from fraud
- New carriers are the favorite target of double brokering and fake-broker scams. We check who the broker really is before you haul, not after the check doesn't come.
- Price it against your real costs
- New carriers often run cheap just to get going. We work out your cost per mile first, so getting going doesn't mean paying to haul.
What you need before we can dispatch you.
Active authority in your own name
Insurance brokers will accept
Crossing the border? Papers for both countries
Factoring? Notice of assignment ready
The details
- An active operating authority in your own company's name. We can't book a load until it's active.
- Commercial insurance that brokers will accept, with a certificate ready to send.
- If you'll cross the border, the authority and documents for both countries. See our cross-border page.
- If you factor, your factoring agreement and the notice of assignment, so brokers pay the right place from load one.
General information, not advice. Check the rules with the agency before you run.
Why we say this
Requirements change and this page may not be current: confirm anything regulatory with the relevant agency or your own advisor before you run. We'll flag what we see during setup, but the obligation sits with the carrier and its authority.
Know your cost per mile.
It's the floor under every load.
Answered straight.
How new is too new?
If your authority is active, it isn't too new for us. It may be too new for some brokers, and knowing which ones is our job.
Will I get the same rates as an established carrier?
Not always, at first. Fewer brokers competing for you means less leverage. We still push every rate and we won't book you under your cost per mile, and as your record builds, more of the board opens up.
Can you get my authority for me?
No. We can walk you through what's involved and what brokers will ask for, but the filing is yours, with the agency or a compliance service. We don't give compliance advice.
Should a new carrier factor?
That's your call and your accountant's. Many new carriers do, because it evens out cash while brokers pay on their own schedule. If you factor, we send the paperwork to your factoring company the day the load delivers.
