Truck dispatch · California · United States

Truck dispatch for California carriers.

The biggest freight market on the west coast — and the one with the most rules attached.

Owner-operators & small fleets · No long contracts

Why carriers here work with us

We work your truck like it's our own.

Your cost per mile first

The floor. We don't book under it.

Loads that actually pay

Priced on every mile, empty ones too.

Paperwork off your plate

Packets, certificates, customs, PODs.

Awake when loads post

Your clock. First on the phone.

The details
Your cost per mile first
Fuel, payments, insurance, permits, maintenance, your own pay — turned into one number: your cost per mile. That number is the floor, and we don't book under it. Most carriers have never had it put in front of them.
Loads that actually pay
The biggest number on the board is usually not the best load on it. We price every load across the miles you really drive, deadhead included, so a long cheap run never gets mistaken for a good week.
Paperwork off your plate
Carrier packets, broker setups, insurance certificates, rate confirmations, customs documents and chasing PODs. All of it, handled, so your evening is yours.
Awake when loads post
We run the same clock you do on this corridor. When freight posts in the morning we're already on the phone — not three hours behind, picking over what's left.

What we watch in California

California's emissions rules apply to your truck, not your plate

CARB requirements attach to trucks operating in California regardless of where they are registered — a BC or Alberta plate does not exempt you.

Why it matters

Before we put you on a California lane we confirm your equipment is compliant, because a truck turned around at the state line costs you the load and the miles to get there.

On empty miles: California is where the all-in rate matters most. Produce pays well out of the Central Valley, but if you deadhead 150 miles from a Bay Area drop to reach that pickup, the rate per mile you actually earned is not the one on the rate confirmation.

General information, not advice. Check the rules with the agency before you run.

Why we say this

Requirements change and this page may not be current: confirm anything regulatory with the relevant agency or your own advisor before you run. We'll flag what we see during setup, but the obligation sits with the carrier and its authority.

It's the floor under every load.

Questions carriers ask

California, answered straight.

What freight do you dispatch in California?

Port containers out of LA, Long Beach and Oakland, Central Valley produce on reefer, and retail distribution. Lanes we work: California to the Pacific Northwest on reefer, the Central Valley to Texas and the Midwest, and the Bay Area, Sacramento and Central Valley triangle.

Do you dispatch California-based carriers?

Yes, on in-state, interstate and cross-border lanes. The CARB check applies to you as much as to an out-of-state truck, so we confirm your equipment is compliant for the work before we book it.

Can my BC or Alberta truck run California loads?

Two things decide it. First, California's emissions rules (CARB) apply to trucks operating in California wherever they're registered, so we confirm your equipment is compliant before we book a California lane. Second, cabotage: a Canadian truck can haul California to Canada, but not a load that starts and ends in the US.

Do you dispatch reefer out of the Central Valley?

Yes. Produce pays well out of the Central Valley, but we price it with the deadhead counted. A 150-mile empty run from a Bay Area drop to reach the pickup changes what the load really paid per mile.

Do you dispatch port drayage in LA and Long Beach?

Yes, for trucks that qualify. California port drayage has its own emissions requirements on top of the general CARB rules, plus terminal appointments and credentials, so we confirm all of it before we book, not at the gate.
