Truck dispatch for Idaho carriers.
Agricultural freight and a useful bridge between the Pacific Northwest and the Mountain West.
Owner-operators & small fleets · No long contracts
We work your truck like it's our own.
Your cost per mile first
The floor. We don't book under it.
Loads that actually pay
Priced on every mile, empty ones too.
Paperwork off your plate
Packets, certificates, customs, PODs.
Awake when loads post
Your clock. First on the phone.
The details
- Your cost per mile first
- Fuel, payments, insurance, permits, maintenance, your own pay — turned into one number: your cost per mile. That number is the floor, and we don't book under it. Most carriers have never had it put in front of them.
- Loads that actually pay
- The biggest number on the board is usually not the best load on it. We price every load across the miles you really drive, deadhead included, so a long cheap run never gets mistaken for a good week.
- Paperwork off your plate
- Carrier packets, broker setups, insurance certificates, rate confirmations, customs documents and chasing PODs. All of it, handled, so your evening is yours.
- Awake when loads post
- We run the same clock you do on this corridor. When freight posts in the morning we're already on the phone — not three hours behind, picking over what's left.
What moves here.
Potatoes and agricultural product, food processing, lumber, fertilizer, and distribution freight around the Boise metro.
Examples of freight we see. Not a promise of loads.
Seasonal, and the season moves the rate
A lot of Idaho's outbound freight is tied to harvest and food processing, which means rates on the same lane are not the same in March as they are in September.
Why it matters
We price against what the lane is paying this week, not what it paid last time you ran it.
On empty miles: Outside the I-84 and I-15 corridors, load density drops off quickly. Getting the reload wrong here means a long quiet run to find the next one.
General information, not advice. Check the rules with the agency before you run.
Why we say this
Requirements change and this page may not be current: confirm anything regulatory with the relevant agency or your own advisor before you run. We'll flag what we see during setup, but the obligation sits with the carrier and its authority.
Know your cost per mile.
It's the floor under every load.
Idaho, answered straight.
What freight do you dispatch in Idaho?
Potatoes and agricultural product, food processing, lumber, fertilizer, and distribution freight around Boise. Lanes include Boise to Portland and Seattle on I-84, Idaho to Salt Lake City on I-15, and Twin Falls to California on reefer.
Do you dispatch Idaho-based carriers?
Yes. An Idaho truck can run domestic lanes with us, like Boise to Portland on I-84 or Idaho Falls to Salt Lake City on I-15, and we time the bookings around the harvest and processing season.
Do Idaho rates change with the season?
Yes. A lot of Idaho's outbound freight follows harvest and food processing, so the same lane doesn't pay the same in March as it does in September. We price against what the lane is paying this week, not what it paid last time you ran it.
Do you dispatch flatbed and hotshot in Idaho?
Yes, including lumber and fertilizer work. For oversize loads we book around your permits, or order them through a permit service for you; the permit fees are yours.
What's the risk of running empty in Idaho?
Outside the I-84 and I-15 corridors, loads thin out quickly. Getting the reload wrong can mean a long quiet run to find the next one, so we plan it before you deliver.
