Truck dispatch for British Columbia carriers.
Our home province. We dispatch out of the Lower Mainland, on your clock.
Owner-operators & small fleets · No long contracts
We work your truck like it's our own.
Your cost per mile first
The floor. We don't book under it.
Loads that actually pay
Priced on every mile, empty ones too.
Paperwork off your plate
Packets, certificates, customs, PODs.
Awake when loads post
Your clock. First on the phone.
The details
- Your cost per mile first
- Fuel, payments, insurance, permits, maintenance, your own pay — turned into one number: your cost per mile. That number is the floor, and we don't book under it. Most carriers have never had it put in front of them.
- Loads that actually pay
- The biggest number on the board is usually not the best load on it. We price every load across the miles you really drive, deadhead included, so a long cheap run never gets mistaken for a good week.
- Paperwork off your plate
- Carrier packets, broker setups, insurance certificates, rate confirmations, customs documents and chasing PODs. All of it, handled, so your evening is yours.
- Awake when loads post
- We run the same clock you do on this corridor. When freight posts in the morning we're already on the phone — not three hours behind, picking over what's left.
What moves here.
Containers off the Port of Vancouver, lumber and building products, produce, and retail freight moving east out of the Lower Mainland.
Examples of freight we see. Not a promise of loads.
The outbound problem nobody warns you about
BC is an import province.
Why it matters
Freight comes in heavier than it goes out, so the eastbound and southbound load out of Vancouver is the hard one to fill — and it is where most owner-operators quietly lose a day. Finding that outbound is the single thing we work hardest on here.
On empty miles: Running empty from a Richmond or Delta drop back out to a Surrey or Langley pickup burns half a day in traffic and pays nothing. We plan the reload before you tip.
General information, not advice. Check the rules with the agency before you run.
Why we say this
Requirements change and this page may not be current: confirm anything regulatory with the relevant agency or your own advisor before you run. We'll flag what we see during setup, but the obligation sits with the carrier and its authority.
Border paperwork, done.
PARS, PAPS and eManifests. Crossings: Pacific Highway (Surrey ↔ Blaine) · Aldergrove ↔ Lynden · Huntingdon ↔ Sumas.
The details
Customs documents, PARS and PAPS, and your ACE and ACI eManifests, filed properly and on time. We also keep you the right side of cabotage — a Canadian carrier cannot run a domestic US load, and getting that wrong is not a paperwork problem, it's an authority problem.
Know your cost per mile.
It's the floor under every load.
British Columbia, answered straight.
What freight do you dispatch out of British Columbia?
Containers off the Port of Vancouver, lumber and building products, produce, and retail freight heading east and south. The lanes we work most are the Lower Mainland to Calgary and Edmonton, Vancouver to Seattle and Portland, the Interior back to the Lower Mainland, and reefer runs to California.
Why is the outbound load out of Vancouver so hard to find?
BC is an import province: more freight comes in than goes out, so the eastbound and southbound load out of Vancouver is the hard one to fill. That's where owner-operators quietly lose a day. We start looking for it before you deliver, not after.
Can a US truck haul a load from Vancouver to Calgary?
Not as a standalone load. A load that starts and ends inside Canada is domestic Canadian freight, and only Canadian-based trucks can haul it (that's cabotage). Canada allows a foreign truck one limited domestic move tied directly to an international trip, and the conditions are narrow, so check with the CBSA before relying on it.
Which load board do you use for BC freight?
Yours. For Canadian loads that's usually Loadlink; for loads into the US, DAT or Truckstop. We work inside your account and you keep the subscription, so the history and the broker relationships stay with you.
Do you handle the border paperwork for BC to US loads?
Yes. We prepare the PAPS labels and ACE eManifest going south and the PARS labels and ACI eManifest coming north, in your accounts and on your instructions, and we check the customs broker has filed before your driver reaches Pacific Highway, Aldergrove or Sumas. You stay responsible for what's filed under your carrier codes.
